Neighborhood is approached as an all-inclusive community, a combination of districts, individually and collectively contributing to a distinct, relaxed setting under one roof.

A restaurant come bar, the linear space is zoned in order of function, with bold tile statements and varying seating types and roof structures delineating each zone from its adjacent one. A long stretch of exterior paving forms a central spine that unifies the space, mirroring the linearity of the site. Functions are laid out along this spine, conceptually referencing a pedestrian pavement linking different districts, as a street would in an urban setting.

A deep green visual is carried throughout a natural brick-filled interior, adding a familiar warmth and casual feel to the space. Natural materials and concretes bleed inwards from the exterior walkway of Mayan. From quick pick ups to prolonged lounge areas, the space has multiple break-out spaces injected throughout, each with different seating types that aim to provide a full spectrum of interactions for all that visit.
